Fire strike again at SamaN Factory

Just 6 months after the fire that destroyed everything in their factory located in the industrial park of Victoriaville, SamaN was striked again last night by a fire that obilized nearly a hundred firefighters.

 

The fifty-employees company which produces wood finishing products, relocated to this temporary site after last year fire.

According to Captain Marcel Proulx of the Victoriaville Fire Department, the fire started around 9:00 pm at the SamaN facility on Labbe Nord Boulevard. Faced with the intensity of the blaze, firefighters from Victoriaville, Warwick, Princeville and Plessisville converged to put out the fire.
