European agreement for ground transport (ADR)

This manual includes regulations for ground transport of dangerous goods applied within the European Union and several other countries.

The structure of this manual is consistent with the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, the UN Model Regulations, the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code of the International Maritime Organization, Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of goods dangerous of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the Regulations concerning international rail transport of dangerous goods by the Intergovernmental Organisation for International Carriage by Rail.
